This was last updated at 31/12/2025 (DD/MM/YYYY). By inviting Romod to your Discord server, you and the server owner are agreeing to the terms of service and privacy policy.
Romod stores minimal data about you and your server. All data provided is manually and voluntarily given when you set up the bot. We do not store any analytics, tracking, or marketing data, such as command usage statistics, as it is not required for the bot to function.
When you add the bot to a server, no data is stored by default. However, when you set up the bot with the /setup commands, the following information is stored in a database:
If you use the custom command system, the server ID, name, and description of each custom command is stored. For preset reasons, the server ID, name, and reason are kept. If neither system is used, no data is stored in this table.
Logs of actions like bans or kicks are kept temporarily for debugging. No API keys are included. Examples:
Blacklisted server or user IDs are also stored. None of this data is considered personally identifiable information (PII).
Romod does not store user data unless they are blacklisted. In that case, only the Discord user ID is stored.
Data is processed solely to operate and moderate the bot in your server, based on legitimate interest. No unnecessary data is collected.
You can request deletion or modification of your data. Use the /resetdata command or remove the bot from your server (data will be deleted automatically). Blacklist IDs are stored until the blacklist is revoked.
None of your messages are logged.
You have the right to access, correct, or restrict processing of your data. Most actions can be done directly through the bot. Contacting a data privacy officer is not required as Romod does not collect PII.
For any privacy concerns or data requests, contact the developer via Discord here.
